The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, scheduling appointments, and accurately documenting customer information.
The Service Writer will also be responsible for verifying customer information, preparing estimates, and ensuring that all paperwork is properly completed.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and listen to their needs and concerns.
Provide accurate estimates for service and repairs.
Communicate with technicians to ensure customer satisfaction.
Keep records of all services and repairs performed.
Schedule appointments for customers.
Provide advice on preventative maintenance and additional services that may be needed.
Answer customer questions about services, products, and warranties.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
