Summary/Objective:
The Planner/Events Coordinator position acts as organizational development liaison to promote the organization's initiatives. Plans, develops, implements club events and administers marketing techniques.
Essential Functions:
Effectively presenting services to potential and existing clients
Engaging prospects for future partnerships
Provide accurate and quality customer service and information for all inquiries via phone, fax, mail or e-mail.
Provide a timely response to all requests and inquiries.
Offer and implement ideas for promotion and marketing techniques.
Provides expertise in strategy development and execution, planning, and facilitation of marketing relations efforts.
Makes sales contacts, researches customer needs and develops relevance of the organizations services.
Developing effective event marketing elements that deliver transformational experiences for attendees.
Gathering information and analyzing necessary data to create project plans and schedules
Qualifications & Skills Preferred:
A people person; able to engage all people in conversation
Detail oriented & Creative
Sales development and/or strategy experience a plus
Exceptional organizational and problem solving abilities
A self-starter, able to work on multiple projects at the same time with minimal instruction

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
